How it works

  1. 1Apply onlineComplete the rental application. Every adult 18+ who will live in the home applies.
  2. 2ReviewWe verify income, rental history and background. Usually 3–5 business days.
  3. 3Approval & assignmentOnce approved, we contact you and assign an available home.
  4. 4Lease & move-inSign the lease, pay the deposit and first month, and pick up your keys.

Government-issued photo ID
Proof of income — last 2 pay stubs or 3 months of bank statements

Fees

Application fee$50 per adult
Security depositOne month’s rent
First month’s rentDue at signing

Guyana applications are handled by our local office; fees are quoted in GYD and USD.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. A home is assigned only after your application is approved and the lease is signed.
